You will need to create a Eversafe ID before login to your account. Just click Sign Up if you haven’t create one.

can you get pass the 2FA step?

did you get the 2FA step, but after that, it asks you to finish activation or so?  If that is how far you got to, there is a problem with the system linking your email with your My Account, you will have to engage support to have them to manually link them together:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

However, if you cannot even get pass 2FA step, you can try to ask the system to send the code to your email instead

@Mandrich  Try tapping resent a couple times do you not get option for code to go to email instead . If issues persists please submit ticket with support
