can not make calls or receive and my account is active and fully paid!  I went into account which is supposed to be on auto payment by credit card and it showed a $4.00 credit.  I went into system and made my months payment to see if that would help but still can not receive or send phone calls.  My text works fine.. any suggestions

hi @wbarnes   you are not the only one.  Many has reported voice call issue, most of them have problem for both incoming and outgoing

 

don't think you can do much to fix it other than submit a ticket with CS agent and let them fix it.  Please open ticket 

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

There have been issue since yesterday for some people with both incoming and outgoing calls. 

 

Try to change to 3G only and see if it connects to the network at all with such settings

 

If that does not help, I suggest you to open a ticket with PM support and let them aware you are one of those, too.  Some customers got the ticket to support and got it resolved quickly

 

1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:
