Yes, of course you can. You  could simply give your daughter your SIM card to use. You could into the self serve account and change the name on the account to hers. For the e-mail address linked to the account, the birthday, and account PIN, moderators will be needed to be asked to make those changes.

One thing that cannot be done is to move a phone number from one Public Mobile account to another Public Mobile account.

Is your daughter also with Public Mobile. If so than no you can't transfer number from one PM account to another PM account.

You can transfer to another company.

If you don't want your number anymore why not just give her your PM account?

Note if you transfer number out of PM your account will be closed / deleted and you will loose all reward, balance, everything.
