i created a subscription to the 30$ plan with amazon discount so it was 15$ but when i login to account it says to contact support, i need help activating and transferring my number from kodoo

hi @zanemalik did you use the app to activate? are you porting from Koodo Prepaid or Postpaid? if Prepaid, you need to get a new number first and ask support agent to help port after

did you use the Amazon link to start subscription or did you put the Amazon discount code at Promo code at the payment step?
PM can help to apply it back if the system didn't take it for whatever reason
Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
