activation issues with calling out

So I have activated my phone and under my sims it says I have two lines which I labelled Primary and Family. Everything seemed to work fine other then I can't send out calls from my recents or manually dialing out when the Primary line is used? Am i missing something?

You need to remove the sim card for the old carrier (or disable the old eSIM) .  Make sure PM sim is set as Primary, then Reset Network Settings
