Been traveling and Forgot to pay my account and won't let me log in to pay and can't reach customer service via direct message. Don't want to lose my phone number. How to get my Phone number back.

You didn't say how long your account being inactive? If you have missed more then 90 days then your account was closed and your number gone.

@MissAngel Is the site trying to send you code ? If so do you see option says “didn’t get code “ tab it and you should be able to get code sent to email to log in . If you can get somone back home to go to shoppers drug mart and buy PM voucher . You can maybe ask support to load it for you
