Can you advise why you need the account number?
Are you looking to port out (move services) to another mobile provider?

@aslam1959 open a ticket with PM support then
1. Open ticket with Chatbot for faster response (2-48 hours), using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Forgot Login Information", then click "Contact Us",, then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. if you have problem with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there

If you signed up here after last July or signed up yourself online then you would have an account. If before and you signed up in a store then you need to contact support to either make an account or just get your account number.

Remove your phone number from public forum.
Log in to your PM account and:
Click on Profile, scroll down, look at right hand part of the screen. Hover mouse over crossed eye and account will be revealed.

if you have a current Public Mobile account, the above info is correct.
If you don't have a Public Mobile account yet, you'll need a PM sim to start the process. Top of this page click Activate, once you have the new sim.

@aslam1959 First edit you Post this is public forum .. for your account number sign into self serve and go to profile tab for your account number
