account disabled, can't log in

attempted to make a long distance phone call, but was unable to.

I tried to log in to make certain I still have long distance minutes available, but am locked out of my account.  Notification said to contact moderator for assistance.

@robert1995 Turn on email notification of private messages so you do not miss the deadline for resetting your account. 

Unfortunately, given their backlog it may be a day, or two, before you have a response.

actually, what is says is.

"Sorry ,your login has been disabled. Please visit the online Community at publicmobile.ca/community for assistance."
