unable to access my account to update my payment options

My monthly renewal was due 2 days ago, and unaware that Public Mobile did some changes to their site and using eversafe security I was unable to login and verify credentials, I am trying to update my payment info with a new debit card and get my service restored, I have been with PM for almost a year now and this is very first and very difficult issue. Been trying to login a couple of times and wait 3hrs and try again..etc.

I am really thinking switching providers and at I can talk to an agent who can solve my issue immediately, but I do appreciate the community forum it's been very informative and I appreciate the tips and suggestion.

@Aceman1  Are you still having trouble ? Or is everything working and set up now ?

I have tried incognito mode and tried 3 other devices none worked

Did you register your email on Eversafe ID on the PM website or PM app?

hi @Aceman1 sorry about that.  The payments system has been glitchy

I will do what you suggest, but never ever had this much problem to login into my account just to make a minor change to my payment options. But thanks for the tip

hi @Aceman1 you could have tried too many times and there is a lock at the moment on your account 

Please try again in an hour, using incognitp like before.

You can also buy vouchers from Shoppers drug mart if you need to to resume your service without further dealy

I have tried incognito mode and tried login butaafter put in my credentials ,it tell me incorrect email and/or password but I carefully and slowly typed the login credentials, public mobile will not let me in

@Aceman1  Try again incognito mode private mode and or from another device like lap top or computer if possible 

Add is the account active or suspended also ?
