normally receiving the message from 611 three days before renew day. my next cycle starts on April 14, but not receiving any message so far. Is that means need to manual load the money?

I was discussing the text message payment reminders with the Oracles earlier, and for my April renewal, I only received a reminder the day before renewal and 11 hours before midnight, while in the past, it was always received 2.5 days before plan expiry/renewal.
Also, the reminder has been slightly reworded and now makes no mention of any date.

I checked the available balance has sufficient funds to cover. but one thing I don't get it, if the renew is April 14, on the bottom it should be 30 days, I.e. may 14. but it shows may 11, and above mentioned is May 7. not matter may 7 or may 11, it is short than 30 dsys.

Login to your self-serve and check the renewal dates at the top and bottom of your overview page. If the bottom(autopay) renewal date is May 7th and the top renewal date is earlier than than May 7th, you should add fund to your account to cover your plan cost before the top renewal date.
For an example, if the top renewal date is April 14 and your bottom(autopay) renewal date is May 7, PM will not get money from your autopay card to pay for your renewal on April 14. You account will be suspended on April 14 if you do not add fund to your account before April 14 because autopay will not take money from your autopay card until May 7.

the top is Apr 14. the bottom is may 11.

It's a good idea to check your account online and as suggested by @NDesai, to manually add funds when needed.
I have a similar issue this month regarding AutoPay.

If the AutoPay date at the bottom your Overview page is also set as "May 7 2019", then you'll need to take action.

@missorange They experienced some hiccups with the texting early this week. I wonder if that is the reason you did not get any text. Wait till tomorrow and see if you get a text. If not, it is a good idea to add funds (plan cost-rewards) manually to your account.
