I bought a pre-owned phone from Public Mobile and it arrived with an incompatible charger. How do I contact them to ask them to replace it?

I recommned against the above. If the answer from the CSA is "no" which it may very well be, teh customer will have unnecessarily spent money on a charge that might not be returnable. The customer needs to make arrangemnts first with a customer support agent, although I'm almost certain that the customer is going to have to exchnage the entire CPO phone purchase for a replacement unit.
