Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.
If HAVE to pay these days, try to use voucher and call 611
As ridiculous as it sounds, @dstrelioff purchase a public mobile payment voucher and apply it dialing 611 from your phone.
