Hi, Have been a client for 5 years and with the new program I can’t even pay with credit card with enough funds, just says sorry we couldn’t take your payment. If not looks like it’s registered, can’t even private message anyone any more. Helppp

I'm having the same problem. My credit card expired, so my card didn't work, and now it won't accept the new card. I just get an error saying 'Cannot process payment. Please try again later.' My service is shut off and you won't accept payment. It's infuriating.

do you have service now?
if you don't, best to get a voucher from Shoppers Drug Mart , then use *611 to load the voucher to resume service
For making a payment, if you can wait, wait a day and try using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My account. If that does now work, next to try is to use Public Mobile app to pay.

there has been lots of problem with payment. Wait an hour and try using the app , try using Incognito mode
but is your service down now? pay with voucher first if you dont wait to wait.

@Johnnyboy , is your account in suspended state? If so are you able to reactivate the account? If you are not able to and there is an up to date credit card on file, use the chat symbol on the lower right corner of the web page to initiate a support ticket.
