Won’t let me reset my password

I’m added money to my account and want to change plan from 40 to 50 and won’t let me log into my account so I tried resetting password and it says contact Admin.

@Benji0043   those certified dealer won't help with password reset.  

Even when you activate with them, they won't setup the account for you.  They will leave it to you to setup the account yourself.

 

With PM support all online, those authorized dealers are authorized to sell you sim card and help you to activate only, not provide any support

I’d try going to where you got ur PM SIM card (certified dealer) and change it with them.

@Bagzz1025   If you are unable to reset password using the Forgot password link there, your only option now is to open ticket with PM Support.
