I ordered a sim card on Sept 20 for my friend's new activation, received it in a few days but found out my friend's contract with Fido not expired till mid November. Now he is ready to sign up with PM and porting his number, will I get the reimbursement of $11.30 shipping charges for the sim after he has the activation done?
