Wifes e-mail from hotmail hacked, can no longer access her account here now,

Hello, I pay for my wifes account, and a couple weeks ago her hotmail account got hacked and we couldnt recover the email, now we cant log into the account anymore, if someone could reach out to me or who i can private msg i will provide the cell number, email, last password and that im on auto pay with my american express and would like the email changed so that we can log in again.

Although here Hotmail got hacked. Are you saying you can't log into public mobile self serve account? It would be email and public mobile password.

If you can log into self serve account you could change the email address

Create a moderator support ticket to change her account email address using the ? button at the right side bottom corner of this page.

Please note that moderator will need her PIN# in order to verify that she is the owner of her account.

Don't know your pin?--provide any 3 of the following:
- Complete mailing address,
- Email address,
- Alternate phone number,
- Date of birth,
- Last top up date & amount
