I downloaded the public mobile app because I wanted to keep track of my data usage. However from the day I downloaded it (back in Sept) it has told me that I have used .11/1GB. This never changes. It says “last updated: Sep 23, 4:58pm”. Why won’t it update to what I have used today?

Try dragging down on the data meter to force a refresh.

I ran into this problem for a couple of months now.
You need to logout then log back in for the app to update. Remember to click on Trusted Device so you can skip the 2FA code confirmation everytime when you log back no in on Eversafe ID.

Maybe you are not using any mobile data at all and on wifi -

@Shnogirl if you are using android phone try going into the phone's settings, go to apps, locate the Public Mobile app and clear cache/data. Then go back to the app on your phone and sign in to see if it's updated. If you have an iPhone you will need to uninstall the app, restart the phone and then reinstall the app and sign in. Hopefully this will do the trick
