Log into your account and review your transactions.

@Jenjane  where are you seeing the $55.20 charge, credit card transaction (is it a pending or authorized one?) or self serve history transaction or both?

You can check your self serve details here to see if a charge exists (note taxe would not be included here):

https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/payment/Payment-History/

If you see the charge (before taxes) in your self serve details...Did you request a Change Plan Now change at any point?

I am an existing customer since November 2021.  I am on auto pay and charged $26.45 monthly on my credit card.  this payment went through on May 30.  Then another charge of $55.20 went through to public mobile on June 1st.  I don't understand why?

@Jenjane  - we are all customers and members like you here on the forum and have no access to your account.

What more information can you provide that could help us help you?

Are you a new or existing customer for some time?

Credit cards companies can show both Pending and Authorized/Approved charges. Sometimes there are multiple Pending charges showing during activations or renewals, but when the payment gets authorized, the incorrect amounts will fall away, then the real one will stay.

If these end up being Authorized/Approved charges and the extra funds are not showing in your Available funds area, then contact Public Mobile Customer Support Representatives (CSA).

There are 2 ways to reach CSA, found here: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent
