Use the filters to go back as far as 6 months and see when the payments were made. Whatever your bill payment is vs this top up fee. See if there is 30 days between the two payments. If this is it, then you're OK. If your bill payment and this top up don't match, reach out to a CS Agent and ask them to explain.

top up fees is plan renewal. do you have a $25 plan?
or if you are unsure why there is such a charge, go to My Account, Payment history and check
or you can also post the payment history here from Nov 2024 to today and we can try to help
