I've just bought a new eSIM. I set it up to be called Public Mobile - but it shows as Roger's on the iPhone. Also messages don't work can an agent just lease contact me.

You might want to call Rogers to confirm that your account is closed.
If it is then porting was completed and reboot your phone by powering off then back on.
If not then port wasn’t completed then you need to contact a CS_Agent to get Rogers to send you a confirmation text that you are porting out to PM.

Hey @Dawes
Before you delete ANYTHING, I just want to ask a few things to make sure you don't do anything you can't reverse.
Did you just sign up for Public Mobile or have you been a long time customer who just purchased an eSIM?
Just a side note, if you're too far from a Telus/Public Mobile tower, everyone shares so you may be just closer to a Rogers tower.

hi @Dawes is your service with PM working?
were you with Rogers earlier? Remove the Rogers physical sim or disable the Rogers eSIM
and Make sure you Reset Network Settings on the phone and it will resolve it
