Have you tried to add the E-SIM using the QR code sent to you via email?
Also did you reply yes to the text sent to your old sim to authorize the port?
Ensure the E-SIM is active and is the only SIM currently in use. Then reboot your phone.

@Damigiano Check your welcome email on computer the QR code should be there and scan it with your phone and install .and reboot the phone or reset network settings see if that helps . Is still no luck please use this direct link to support to help
