Why can't I receive long distance calls on my public mobile phone

but you should be able to receive incoming calls regardless of the location and country.   It is usually the calling side where the problem is

@Pettman1967   did you just port your number into Public Mobile? If so, how long has it been?

Also, you sure your friend used the correct dialing sequence to call you?

you should be able to receive calls from anywhere on planet Earth. Look in settings on your phone to see if you've blocked LD calls. Maybe Parental Controls has a setting blocking LD calls.

@Pettman1967   What happens on the callers side?  You're receiving local calls OK?  SMS and data is working OK?

Maybe callers do not dial all digits required? Can you receive ANY calls at all?

Can YOU call them?
