Why Promo code ($10 credit + $5 Reward Points + 15% in points) can't be applied to your account ?

@lgpm99  The one time $10 credit it is for new activations that use someone’s referral code on activation . Not for existing customers to change plans unfortunately

So the one time $10 credit applies only to new activation ? or also to subscription change ? how are we to know ?

@lgpm99  The one time $10 credit is for when you use someone’s referral code and you will see that in your avaliable funds with in 72 hours of activation . As for the points you earn you need to wait u til you have 15 points to redeem $15 off your bill from the rewards portal in your account
