Which plans can I make calls to the US with?

Hi there,

I recently moved to the ULCW Base Plan-3GB-4G. I can make unlimited calls within Canada and want to know if it would work to call the US from Canada or would I have to buy a US add on plan? Thank you

If you just need to call US, buy the 1000 U.S. Long Distance Minutes 

Or a free way to call is to download VoIp app Textnow and use that to make calls to US

Well, if you are on the $22 plan, personally myself, I'd suggest trying to purchase a US addon for $15 for 1000 US Calling minutes. Give that a try first and see if you reach that limit or not. Good news is it carries over. You have to figure if there is value paying $13 more a month for unlimited talking to the US vs spending $15 every 2-3 months.

@Andyyymaann  That's the $22 Canada-wide plan?  If so you would need an add-on to call the USA from Canada.  Only a Canada-US or Canada-US-Mexico plan would allow you to call continent wide.

@Andyyymaann  Any plan that includes US /mexico roaming you able to call to and from all 3 countries (CAN/US/MEX) at no extra charge
