Where did lost/stolen go?

Hi,

I am trying to suspend my account before payment is taken tonight and I can't find it in my account? I can't find the quick links either? I am running out of time!!!!

 

Any help would be appreciated.

I'm happy to see you got that resolved. And thanks for discovering how stupid public mobile new self-serve account is as I will have to be careful next time I suspend an account if I miss the midnight Eastern deadline. I will have to copy and paste @dust2dust 's link to suspend my account. But I'll make sure I make a note of not missing the midnight Eastern deadline.

Thanks @dabr . No I hadn't. I was resigned to having to wait for my next renewal in a couple weeks but I was certainly hoping someone else would chime in.

@dust2dust   Not sure if you got the answer, but yes you can view account and SIM numbers by hovering over those options on the Profile page on suspended accounts.

So how about those numbers? Hovering over the slashed eye will show the numbers.

See if you can get in to these pages as well. Don't do anything of course.

The actual renewal takes overnight. The feature counters get reset at midnight eastern. The rewards get paid around then. But the actual renewal doesn't happen until much later.

OMG!! THANK YOU! How would anyone know that they had to do that find a link? Everything is greyed out you can't do anything in your account even though it told me I had enough funds to renew my plan? How stupid is that? The new self serve accounts SUCK BIG TIME!!

That last image - can you click on the eyeballs to see those numbers? Or are they greyed out?

I don't think you can self-suspend when suspended. Maybe that's why you don't see it.

Did they change the way they renew your plan? I had a balance of $14. My rewards were applied and my balance is now $22. But it says I've been suspended. But the plan renewed at midnight like it usually does? I meant to suspend before midnight but I missed it so will it not just renew my plan in about 15 minutes? This is what I see in my account under my profile.

I had to look. I knew the quick link wasn't working. So I checked for it there where I knew it was.

Hey...when you suspend can you see if you can view your account number and sim number when suspended. Please let us know.
