Where can we find a physical person to help with setting up a new phone?

Walmart used to have a physical person working in the electronic/phone department, now where do you go to get a sim card, set up a new account, get a phone number?

I'm not sure who, maybe the Koodo store.

When I first setup my account with a person, it was with Wireless Wave, which was a booth inside a mall. They called something in and initiated a transfer from my previous carrier at the time which was Rogers.

Most things can be done online once you get a SIM card.

Unfortunately, staff at Walmart, London Drugs and other PM retailer no longer activate SIM for new members.

You are required to activate yourself online.

@Gizmo2  Maybe talk to a family member that is tech savvy.. That’s a lot of questions.. Pm  is not for everyone

@Gizmo2 , everything is 100% DIY these days.  This link provides a map of the steps getting an account set up.  Lean on a geeky friend if needed.
