It seems that the conditions of the plan I originally subscribed to have changed in the last two months. Where can I find information on what plan I am currently on?

The PM app is currently under maintenance so try login tomorrow morning or you can login on the self serve PM website then to Subscription & Add-ons…it will show your current subscription.

Open the PM app- Subcription - Managet Subcription. From there you can see your plan details.
