Hi, I'm trying to change credit card info and after entering correct info, have message "sorry, we can't do this at that time, try later" but 48h already. I'm afraid that account will be disconnected. Help ASAP. Pin 1963

@Mishamarsha To many failed attempts and you will need to wait one full hour sometimes 24 hours and try again incognito or private mode . Or try from another device even . Can also try the APP .if still no luck you can submit ticket with support to help update the credit card info also

wait another hour and try again using Incognito/Private/Secret mode on your browser to login and change credit card

and if you are really worry, get a PM voucher from Shoppers Drug mart and load the voucher using *611
