When does the $10 off for 6 months promotion get added?

I just activated today, and I can't find that the promotion was added to my account? I activated with he same email as I gave for the promo.

As others have said, monthly promotional bonus credits will be added to you within 30 days.

I have a $10 promotion for 12 months through an email offer. I activated this week, but did not receive my bonus yet.

I wrote to a moderator and she said:

"regarding the $10 discount, the recurring credit will be applied automatically 30 days after activation"

I see how you might be confused it says the eligible plans will be automatically applied. By automatic that does not mean immediate although it can be confusing. You will likely see a credit each month prior to your renewal. Check your overview page for credits or rewards. shortly one will show up and say 10.00 credit 0/6 and each month that number will increase each time you get the credit to 1/6 then 2/6 until you reach the 6 months and you'll be paying full price. 

If you do not see the credit around 5 days prior to your renewal make sure to contact the moderators to make sure you will receive it.

$10 credit will be automatically applied to eligible rate plans of $35/mo or higher for the first 6 months. The discount will expire if account becomes inactive or the rate plan is changed.
