Please help. I’m paying monthly via cc card but when I log into my account it thinks I’m a new subscriber and asks me to create an account. I need access to my actual account to update my cc card asap.

the error you got indicates that EverSafe ID has somehow lost the link between your email login and your My Account. Simple fix for PM support but you need to engage them by direct message. Please private message CS Agent at:
