What steps to take if I can no longer login and wish to change my email address? Thanks.

HI @Toasteuao 

if you have the voicemail PIN, you can use the Send voice message option for 2FA, then your voicemail from another phone to access the code within 5 mins

but if you can't even do that, open support agent can help.  Message them using this link

I can’t access the verification code as I lost access to my email and I don’t have the option to receive the code via voicemail.

You can still login to your account with your old email address and password then the 2FA code will be text to your phone.

If you are still having issues login. Contact a CS_Agent by clicking on the Chat bubble and type in Submit a Ticket or Contact Agent.

Once you are in your account. Go to Account tab>Manage Login (Secured by Eversafe)>Email Address and click on pen icon to change email.

@Toasteuao can you share some more info like are you getting an error message when trying to log in or are you not getting the 6 digit verification code? If you are not getting the code you should see the option to click on that says "Did not get code", after clicking it you can select to have it resent by email or voice call
