I have my account set for autopay but the current plan includes the 12GB promo from late last year. What will my new plan be? Typically I do the following:
90 days
Province talk
Global Text
6 GB but took advantage of the free upgrade to 12 GB last time.
Will my "new" plan auto revert back to the 6GB or stay at the 12 but charge me for the 12 GB (as oppose to the 6GB)?

@michellem although I always recommend AutoPay, it's not required to keep the promo plan. In fact, you can miss payments. Your service will stop until such time as you top up the required payment amount, but as long as you don't go a full 90 days of non-payment, you will not lose the plan. On that 90th day, it goes away for good if you don't pay and reactivate. I'm not suggesting anyone do this, but just saying, AutoPay and even payment on time is not required to *keep* the plan.

As long as your auto renew is setup, promo will be continued.
Make sure your auto renew and EFT is setup.
If not, make sure when the next payment is due. They usually send an sms remidner.

Wow, so I get to keep it at the same cost? That is incredible value! I'll have to mention this to my refer-a-friend group who took the 12GB promo as well.

@apearse, if you took advantage of the opportunity to upgrade to the fall promo, you get to keep it on renewal. Unless you make further account changes, the fall promo will be grandfathered.
