What Add-on do I need to buy to have roaming in France?

Can anyone please help? I am going to France and want to buy a talk/text add on. I don't see an option for France or Europe - a lot of other countries and UK etc. Does anyone know what add-on I need? THANK YOU SOOO MUCH

WhatsApp works on data, so as long as you have wifi or a local/travel data plan, it will work. SMS and phone calls on your Public Mobile number won't work, but RCS and iMessage messages will.

Yes it will work. My spouse friend who lives in Singapore talk to each other on  WhatsApp. It will link to your PM phone number.

TextNow will require you to pick a secondary number.

Thanks. Will I have access to WhatsApp on my cell in Europe? Even if my cell is Public Mobile? Sorry, I'm not super techie. I don't know these things, I'm new here.

You will need to purchase a local SIM while in Europe or use WhatsApp or TextNow on wifi …it is free. Or on the local SIM data.

PM does NOT provide service outside of North America so you cannot have service in Europe.
NO add-on for France or rest of the world.
