Hi Team,
I came to India for 2 months and I don't have the roaming enabled here in India. In view of the same, I would like to ensure that my SIM is not deactivated. Can I request you to let me know how I can be of sure that my account is still active.
Regards,
Sandeep

If you can log in to your account then it's either active or in suspension.
There's no service from Public there so roaming doesn't do anything.

A SIM card doesn't get deactivted simply for non-use. As long as you keep paying for the Public Mobile service (or as long as your Public Mobile account doesn't stay suspended for 90 days), your Public Mobile account will remain open.
