Hello,
I Paid for simcard and 3months subscription but more than ten days simcard not arrive. Can I cancel my subscription?

Hi @Sopheap
It takes up to 3 weeks to get the SIM card. I'd hold off for just a few more days. I know this is a pain but the money you save with PM it's well worth it.
Other options if you want a SIM card ASAP is to call a local Telus store and see if they have any or order it from Amazon. Then when it arrives, reach out to a CS Agent and ask for a credit to your account. They will do that. Then you'll have a spare SIM if you never need it.
