Where do you find the voicemail heading? I've never heard of it in the forum and I only see option to change voicemail password in the self-serve
Thanks
@totalUser that's because it doesn't exist. @PAULRANG18 no such option exists to disable your voicemail.
@Sheraz22 note that @mimmo has given you the two options that are available. I gneerally recommend option 1, and here's more details on how to do that if you should desire: Workaround for diabling Voicemail

Do you have unlimited minutes?
What i did ( i'm on android phone but should work with others) i opened a fongo account that i don't use and in went into the phone call settings and modified all my forward numbers to that fongo number, so that it all my unanswered calls go there. This its also very useful if you are not in Canada, you can use that fongo account with WiFi or local data to actually receive calls
If you have measured minutes then there are some tips on extended leave message and not accepting the numbers here if you search through history.
Note:
When somebody leaves you message it is not counted against your minutes.
When you call into mailbox from another phone to retrieve your messages it is not counted against your minutes.
When you call from your phone into your voicemail you will be using your minutes to listen to the messages.
Hope it helps

there are typicallly two options:
1) enable extended absence (disables people from leving a message)
2) change the voicemail forwarding number to one that is unreachable ( non existant number, possibly)

You could increase the number of rings but I don't think you can stop voicemail.
On most Android phones, and most carriers:
1. Dial *#61# and click Send. You will see your VM access number and the current ring delay time.
2. Write down the phone number displayed (including +1).
3. Dial **61*+1xxxyyyzzzz*11*30# and hit Send. +1xxxyyyzzzz is the number you wrote down previously, 30 is the delay in seconds. The delay can be set in 5 second increments, 30 is maximum.
4. Dial *#61# to verify that the new settings are active.
