Want to Change from 15GB to 250MB at same day

On reactivation I mistakenly pick the 15GB instead 250MB. What should I do now, Its same day though

@Joe-Ol   So, you are paying $40 now instead of $15?  check the Payment history and see if it shows that way

 

if it is, follow @HALIMACS way to open ticket with PM support now.  If it is only day 1 , there is a chance they might be able to help.  But again, keep in mind that PM is prepaid service, so, they might not be able to help.  But try your luck

@Joe-Ol - mistakenly..did you actually choose the "Change plan now" option? if you didn't then you have not really changed to it yet. If that is the case, just choose 'change plan on next renewal'.

@Joe-Ol  You can change plan to what you want for next renewal or talk to support and see if they can fix for you now and not wait till next renewal

Ask the CSA to switch to the desired one , @Joe-Ol 

 

They may offer to place the excess funds in your available funds for next renewal. 

 

To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:

 

  1. Use the ticketing system for a faster response time. Click here and type Customer Support Agent, then select Contact Us, then select Other (or the topic that more closely matches your request).  Click the result which states Click here to submit a ticket and follow the prompts,  or, 
  2. Send a private message to the Customer Support Agent by clicking here  You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.

 

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
