WILL I LOSE MY OLD LOYALTY REWARDS IF I CHANGE PLANS

basically the title,

i’m currently on the $40 15 GB plan and want to change to the $39 20 GB one. i have $5 in loyalty, would i be able to switch over without having to move to the new PM rewards program?

@Kanngaryu   no worry, you won't get your rewards system changed because of plan change.  We tried it and can confirm.

Did you change plans and did it stay with the old loyalties?  I’m wanting to go to a higher costing plan too but am afraid of it automatically changing to the new loyalty/rewards.

You will stay on the old loyalty program regardless of what plan you are on and you can choose to switch to the new program.  New customers don't have a choice and must go with the new program.

Switching plans does not require you to move to the public points and you will retain your old Rewards program.
