Voice not heard

Hi when I answer calls my voice isn't heard by the other party or there is a delay. My technician checked my phone and found nothing wrong. Said it's probably the service provider/sin card issue. Can you please help.

contact support team by CS_Agent  to refresh network.

So it seems to be a problem with your Public account. Put it back in and maybe it might mysteriously fix itself. If not then I wonder if you were to use the lost/stolen function to kind of soft-reset the account whether that would make it work. If you're on the old rewards system then there's a complication doing that. You suspend and then resume and then restart the phone.

So you are saying when you use different SIM in your phone everything works fine but PM SIM in Not working in either phone?

Does that other device have an active sim in it? Try it in the problem phone.

Tried in other device. Same thing.

If you have ability, try your PM SIM card in other phone to narrow down if it is hardware or provider.
