Snowy morning to everyone in Canada!
I am 10 days into my monthly plan, 2Gb + 2Gb. Unfortunately I am without WiFi in my apartment. I have already used my plan data and one 1Gb add on @$30. I have almost three weeks to go and can't keep spending $30 each time I need a 1Gb. Is there a way to upgrade to the 4Gb + 2Gb plan and receive the difference in data now? Or some other option to buy a larger chunk of data as an add-on?
Kind regards, Paul

You should also make sure you are letting your phone manage your data and set up your renewal dates as well as your data cap. Make sure to add a warning as well so that when your data is getting low your phone will tell you and you can make sure to curb your use.

If you message the Moderators, you can request them to either renew your current plan early or you can also request them to change your plan immediately to the new plan that you want.

I see that you have already gotten in touch with the moderators.
As an addition to @closng recommendation: Renewing the same plan early needs moderator intervention. If you change your plan to a bigger data bucket (highly recommended in your case) you can do so in your self serve account by initiating an immediate plan change. There are no refunds for any remaining portions of your previous plan.

@pnicklin you used 30 day of data in 10 days?
I would strongly suggest you change to a larger data plan as it will be far cheaper in long run
Failing that, activating a second SIM with Public or a Tablet plan with another provider
Adding on 1GB multiple times (based on your use 4?) would be terribly expensive

The best thing is to make sure you manage your data appropriately. If not, this is the only solution. Unless you find wifi hotspots.
