Dear community, My login to public mobile website My account failed with a 'Forbidden A1' error. I used public mobile app to login and it gave an error 'Something went wrong, please try again'. I have also tried to clear cookies and login using incognito mode and none worked. The same iphone and PC were used to log in to another public mobile account i have, and it worked fine, so the issue is specific to my account. I have been in contact with CS_Agent for four weeks and it has not been fixed.
Because I cannot login , now My account is disabled due to the credit card expired. Do anyone know how to fix the login ? Without this login, i seemed that I permanently lost my phone number. Does anyone know how to update the creditcard expiry with public mobile and still keep the original phone number ?

Thanks to everyone replied to my original message. I managed to purchase a voucher, and contactted cs_agent to topup my account so that the phone number is back live again. I still have the login issue, I have already researched all the messages on this community and retried the following:
1. uninstall and reinstalled public mobile app, login got this screen:
2. use safari browser private mode to login to myaccount.publicmobile.ca, and got this error:
3. switched to different iphones, and different browsers, cleared cached and browser histories, and retried above steps, all got the same error. Login to a different public mobile account , through the same iphone and/or browser, login were successful. This indicates the public mobile server or eversafe ID server was keeping some status on my account to prohibit it from login
5. PM'ed cs_agent directly for the last six weeks, and every time a new cs agent takes over, the whole conversation starts again asking me to try the above steps, and no one was able to provide a concreate fix.
6. There are some messages on this community about same issues and the thread always ended up with PM cs-agent. I wish they were resolved by cs-agent. But mine issue was not and still not. This is why I turned to this community for advice. Without login, I cannot manage my account. The only way out is to purcahse a new SIM, activate a new account with a new email, then port the existing number to the new SIM. Please kindly advice if this is what people have found as solution.

Hey @jamesll this is normal. Just go into your browser settings, clear the "cache" and restart your browser and try again.
