2 days ago suddenly my phone had not network, i tried restart and restart and reinsert sim card but didn’t work. I tried to login self serve but didn’t work try to reset password showing error.
@Jashandeep97 , please try to login to your “My Account “ using a browser in private / incognito mode & see if it will let you login. The webpage has cashe issues.
@Jashandeep97 call *611 from your phone, or call 1.855.4PUBLIC from another phone and enter your phone number, does the system recognize your account? Let us know what you got
if you have another phone , try to put your PM sim in the other phone and test
or try to reseat your sim card with a reboot if you don't have another phone around
To get back to My Account, try to use the Forgot password to self-reset the password. if it does not help, please open ticket with PM support

Next, enter your Community login, then select "Self-Serve Password Reset" and click "Next". and follow the steps
