Upgraded my account to the 15gb $40 plan on the 17th.
Account still shows old 5gb account despite the plan dates changing.
I don't want to be billed for overage charges.
What's going on here?

Public Mobile has web page cache issue so you might be looking at obsolete status. Try using different browser. Try Incognito mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in. Click on little spinner refresh icons lower down.

@Nathan85 Try logging in to your account using a different browser in incognito mode. Your probably looking at old cached information.

@Nathan85 likely just a browser cache issue. This is now a big problem with the current My Account site
Just login with Incognito mode again and you should then see the correct Plan details
