I recently upgraded my OnePlus phone to a newer model. I inserted the SIM card booted it up. I appears that my messages are being sent, but received by few. Is there a setting I missed, or didn't change when setting up my new phone? I THINK the only people receiving my texts are on RCS.
I have reverted back to my old device for now.
Any advice or assistance would be much appreciated!

It's a Oneplus 12. I just did what you suggested. Now, people are receiving my texts but are delayed. There are a bunch of system updates I missed. I thought it would have done them all at the same time. Hopefully that will solve the issue.

What phone do you have? First try reboot, clear Message app cache and Reset network settings
If you need PM help, open a ticket Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
