Updated my plan but it hasn't changed

Hi, I updated my plan a few days ago before my renewal to what I thought was 90 days with 3g data. I have noticed today that I've been charged for this but I'm still receiving LTE so i checked my account and have seen my plan hasn't changed, obviously I can't change my plan now as you've already taken 42$ please fix this.

You can also turn off your lte and enabled 3g if your phone have that option.

dont forget your phone will still show LTE as PM's 3G is actualy throttled LTE

It's a system error you definitely need a mod assistance to fix it for you.
When you send a private msg add your email address Phone number and detail explaination mod member will manually fix it for you.

Since this is plan and account related matter, you will need to contact a mod. 

 

Please send a private message to the @CS_Agent explaining your issue and providing them your account number and phone number and I am sure that they will resolve your issue promptly.
