I'm signed up for a plan with unlimitede talk time. I just got a text from 611 saying I only have 10 minutes of talk time left. I logged in and can't see anythign in my profile about that. Been with Public for years and never had this come up before, so I assume it's some kind of bug?

Thank you, Dunkman. I got text from 611 saying I have used 95% of my data. But both my cell data usage and the site say I have not. I have never used all my data. not even close! So ... I guess I will ignore this? Thanks again.

Several customers have similar erroneous texts. Just ignore for now. PM is working on a fix.
