Unlimited calling but getting message saying I have no minutes remaining...

Anyone have advice on this?

We started with the simplest 100 minutes per month back in March.   After a few weeks changed to unlimited calling.   I check the account online and confirmed all is good with monthly payments, but occasionally, including today, getting a message saying no calling minutes remaining.  Tried resetting phone, restarting, etc.  Nothing working.   No idea what to do next.

@Parents1 - Try your SIM into another phone and see if calling out works. Then move it back to your phone. Doing this action may reset something on the account end. 

 

If still issues, then do your calls complete, after adding 1?  If not, I would tell customer support, so that you can make calls.

@Parents1   this a a very common glitch , unfortunately,  😞

 

Usually a phone reboot would clear up the problem

And also, always add a 1 in front of the 10 digits number will avoid the issue, too
