Sounds like your account is suspended because you didn't renew the subscription? You'll have to reactivate it to be able to port it out, as you can't port an inactive line.

PM doesn’t block number to be ported. Check to see if your number is portable and it is not up to PM.
If it can be ported, is your account active and kept up with your monthly payment.
If it is suspended, just make a manual payment with CC or voucher and 611 to restore service.
If you stopped payment longer than 90 days then your number will be returned to the carrier you got the number from and it is gone.

Hello @ngoadaku
Very easy. You advise the other service provider you wish to port your number from Public Mobile. You MUST have your Public Mobile SIM card in your phone. You will get a text asking your permission to port. You MUST say yes within 1.5 hours. If you don't, the port will fail. Once you see SOS at the top, the port is complete and your Public Mobile account will be closed.
