Hi,
I'm unable to create a new account with my phone number so I can pay the bill. I try multiple time with the 6 code they text me and when I copy paste it exactly as is, it's says: "Incorrect code. Please try again.'
Any clue how to solve this?

For clarification are you talking about PM or another bill where the code you are receiving on your PM phone isn't working for the other company/service?

The best person to help you is a CS_Agent via private messaging or SIMon Chatbot (type in create a ticket) on this Community.

Hi @Monica45 If you tried many times and still fail, maybe wait till tomorrow in case it is a system problems. Or open ticket with CS Agent at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):
