Unable to receive messages in the UK

I am in the UK and have not been able to receive any messages despite having data roaming turned on. This is a big problem for me as my banking and various other things requiring log-ins are all sending security codes through which I am not receiving. I am willing to pay for an add-on if I have to, but I can't see any option for that anywhere. Any assistance greatly appreciated.

PM doesn’t offer roaming service in the UK.  So purchase a local SIM in the UK for service.

PM only offer Add-on while you are in Canada with optional plans while in the USA or Mexico.

Once you leave 🇨🇦 Canada your plan will not work except for the plan for us, Mexico plan will not work outside these areas. Will not work in the UK

once you leave Canada, your Public Mobile cell services stop working...(Unless you're in US and Mexico with a plan).
